Affiliate Requirements

Empower Technologies, LLC welcomes affiliate marketers of all levels and industries into our affiliate program. Our goal is to provide our publishers with the tools and information necessary to be successful with our program.

Before applying to Empower’s affiliate program, it may be helpful to look over the following guidelines to determine if your site meets the criteria we require from our affiliate marketing partners.

Functionality

• if the site collects user information (i.e. email addresses) a privacy policy with the live link clearly posted on the site's home page is required
• domain must be in control of the publisher entity
• domain must be active and live, with no "under construction", "coming soon" or parking pages
• prices must be listed in US currency
• site must be in English

Content

The following types of sites and affiliates will not be accepted:

• adult / mature / obscene content or services (editorial, pictures, links)
• illegal content, services or activities
• discriminatory or defamatory content
• extremist propaganda or affiliation
• casino / betting sites
• adware / spyware sites
• unrelenting pop-ups or pop-ups that issue a virus warning
• cash back incentive offers or "points" (unless specifically approved)
• those who engage in cyber squatting or typo squatting

Publisher Location

• Due to tax nexus limitations, Empower Technologies LLC regretfully cannot partner with publishers based out of North Carolina or Rhode Island.
